Question about inputs
I have an upcoming gig that takes XLR, my outputs are 1/4 (RCA) and the club doesnt have DI boxes. I will probably be able to borrow some, so it shouldn't be an issue, but it does raise a question. I have a couple 1/4" to XLR adapters. They're cylindrical, metal, pretty basic. Would those suffice, and what is the difference between using them and a DI box?
